Paul McConnell

Executive Chairman of the Board

Paul McConnell joined the FMP Board in March 2007.  Paul is the CEO of McConnell Development Inc. and is a Partner at McConnell Johnson Real Estate and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 1974.  Paul serves on the Boards of Layton Preparatory School, Nativity Preparatory School, St. Edmond’s Academy, the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, First State Innovation, and The Siegfried Group LLP.  Paul is a graduate of the University of Delaware.  He lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife and two youngest children.

Ron Giannone

President and Board Member

With FMP since 1984, Ron Giannone has played a critical role in the company’s longevity and growth. His wealth of knowledge, motivation and dedication to the client serves as a benchmark for how the FMP team approaches every professional relationship. Ron is personally involved with many of the client events in which FMP is engaged and continues to serve as the primary contact for several of our largest clients.

Jeremiah Rouse

Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President of FMP, Jeremiah (Jer) oversees company operations, including strategic planning, staff management, budgets, equipment inventory, and more. He is also a primary liasion with FMP’s core customers and is often in the role of executive producer for client events and video broadcasts, supervising the FMP team implementing these projects. In the decades before joining FMP, Jer has had a range of video production, creative and event management experience. Highlights include Director of Photography credits for TV, film and music videos; his work as a producer, director, and editor for television news, national TV commercials, and corporate programming; and his leadership managing the labor, equipment and logistics for large-scale corporate events. Jer has a BA degree from Penn State University.

Don Cox

Vice President, Creative Media and Webcasting

Don Cox has enjoyed more than 30 years developing and managing creative media and related projects for a broad range of clients. His experience includes scriptwriting, producing and directing, educational program design, and advertising copywriting and account management. At FMP, Don leads the teams that produce videos and event webcasts. He has helped deliver many hundreds of videos, as well as live event streams and other interactive content, for FMP customers in marketing, PR, IR, corporate communications and training. Don’s work has also won several awards, including Emmys, Tellys, and fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and the Writers Guild of America. He holds an MFA from Temple University in Philadelphia.

Bruce Shannon

Senior Account Executive

For over 25 years, Bruce has been advocating for customers and managing projects in communications related businesses, including radio stations, advertising agencies, and video and event production companies. As a senior client relationship manager at FMP, he oversees the production of video, events, and webcasts for organizations in a range of industries. For each project, he makes certain to understand the client’s goals and measurement for success, and ensures our team exceeds those expectations. Bruce is a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Radio, Television and Film.
